I got my food processor out again (this time I was careful not to slice my finger off) this morning. You see we have an abundance of potatoes in our kitchen at the moment. We bought a 10lb bag at the store the other day because it was on sale and then my parents pawned off some extra's of theirs on us as well - which is why I made hash browns this morning. I forgot to take pictures though :/
I got to thinking that it would be great if I could make several cups of hash browns and and freeze them in small servings so that I can just pull a bag out and make some for breakfast.
That's an issue though... I know potatoes do not freeze well. They obviously have to be able to freeze seeing as you can buy them frozen. I am now on a mission to figure out how to freeze them without them turning brown/gray.
