I haven't been to the high school I graduated from in years (I graduated almost 7 years ago now). I'm not really sure when the last time I was there, I know it hasn't been since at least 2008 when my sister graduated and before that I had only been there once or twice since 2005 when I graduated. We are going because back in 2002 the girls varsity team won state for our class division and tonight they are honoring them at the game (because it has been 10 years). Several girls I graduated with were on the team so it will be nice to see a few faces from back then.
It will be weird going to a place I haven't been to in so long - my life is so different now 7ish years later. What will be even more weird to me though is that my guess is that the school will look and seem the exact same. It's odd how I can change so much in 7 years but a place could remain the exact same.
