I've always been a happy Apple customer. I'm a person that likes apple because I like how it works and the customer service, not because it is "cool". This week though I've been pretty aggravated.
We took my macbook into the Genius Bar on Thursday because my computer suddenly shut off and wouldn't turn back on. I thought and was hoping my charger was bad and that my battery had simply drained. We checked and that wasn't
