The OB With a One Year Old in Tow

I had an appointment at my OB office today, that's always fun right? It is even MORE fun with a one year old in tow. I think everyone in the exam rooms could tell we had a child with us seeing as Norah thought it would be fun to let out loud (happy) screeches every 10-15 seconds. Now we were at a place where a vast majority of the patients are expecting a child or have a child so hopefully they didn't mind, but it certainly didn't stop me from repeatedly saying "Shhhh"... like that helps. I really need to get over the fact that sometimes toddlers make loud noises in public places - especially since we will soon have two making loud noises. I just hate feeling like I'm bothering others I guess. 
Is your little one loud when you are out and about?
Here is a 3D picture from an ultrasound I ended up having today (they couldn't get the heartbeat on the doppler so this was an unexpected ultrasound). It's a little creepy having 3D ultrasounds done this early because while they are starting to look like a human they still look a little funny.
