Busy Start to the Year

I can't believe we are already 8 days into 2013! We've been busy around here prepping for Wesley to get here in addition to chasing around our 19 month old (19 months today). Then you throw in the normal day to day stuff like today I had MOPS which I love and then Norah had an overdue 18 month check-up today. 
Her appointment went well other than her not being thrilled with the doctor touching her (she deals with quite a bit of stranger anxiety) She is 20lbs 8oz 29 1/2 inches long. She's still small but the doctor is no longer too concerned about her growth because even though her growth is small there is in fact growth. On the WHO charts (which is what my Dr. uses) she's at about 7% for weight and 3-4% for length. She was at 2% at 12 months so she is improving. She's just little  

As far as speech goes she only says a handful of words (though I think I underestimate the amount she says) and they would like to have her at 20ish right now so when I go in after Wesley is born in a month I'll give them an update. She is really good with comprehension, if I'm in the kitchen I can ask her to go get her cup and she'll go into the living room and get it and bring it back (I personally think she understands a lot and just doesn't care too much about talking) so we just need to work on the verbal aspect.

On the pregnancy front, I am 36 weeks today. I packed mine and Wesley's hospital bag yesterday and will put it in the car in the next few days just so that's done with. I am going to go ahead and install the infant car seat base probably this weekend even though I'm sure I still have 3-4 weeks left - I don't anticipate going early. I have a doctor appointment Thursday.
