Swim Lessons

A few weeks ago I signed Norah up for swim lessons. I decided to sign her up back in January when I saw they were having sessions in April. I knew that she and I would need some alone time together after Wesley got here and figured with summer around the corner this was a good way to do it. It was just a quick 4 lesson session but it did the trick :) She loved splashing around in the water and jumping off the side to me. While I'm not sure the instruction was that informative it was still a good experience. Unfortunately I probably could have taken her by myself and accomplished the same thing, but oh well, she got a completion certificate out of it :)
I'd love to eventually put her in a more formal session. Maybe in the fall I'll make the drive to the Y or something. . I'm hoping she loves swimming at my parent's pool this summer! We actually just bought her a cute swimsuit a few days ago and I can't wait to see her in her new adorable swimwear :)

Marshmallow Fun

Nothing says summer to me like  roasted marshmallow. Last night while at my parent's house Norah got her first taste of one :)

She didn't get a whole one of course but she did get her hands on one (quite literally). She wasn't quite sure how to eat it and it ended up all over her hands. I'm sure by the end of summer she'll have it figured out!
