Changing Tables in Men's Restrooms

Source
Apparently most establishments believe one of two things.

1. Men do not change diapers when out and about.
2. Men never go out with a young child on their own.

Thankfully the fantastic man I get to call my husband is great at doing his part with Norah. He never hesitates to change her if the need arises both at home as well as when we are out and about. Don't I have an amazing husband??

Even though he often whisks her away to the restroom to save her from her wet diaper 8 times out of 10 comes back defeated and hands her to me to take her to the women's restroom. It isn't because he has changed his mind, but because the men's restroom didn't have a changing station. It's always frustrating.

My questions is, what do men to when they are out by themselves? Go out to the car? Change them right there? What if they are in a restaurant? Are they just expected to not go out without a female? How much more trouble would it be for an establishment to put a changing table in the men's room?
Is this something you guys have encountered or do we just pick bad places to go to?
